Refund and Return Policy – Myagroshop.in 

At myagroshop.in, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality agricultural products and services. However, due to the nature of the products we offer, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

  1. No Return Policy:
    Since agricultural products are highly sensitive and perishable, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. Additionally, most of the shipping cost is borne by us, making return acceptance not feasible.

  2. Return Exceptions:
    Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is different from what was ordered. In such cases, a clear video proof must be provided at the time of unboxing the package. Any claims without video evidence will not be entertained.

  3. Refund Policy:

    • Refunds are processed only if the order has not been shipped within 5 days of placing the order.
    • If the product is damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement free of cost. No refunds will be issued for damages, only replacements.
    • If you wish to cancel an order after placing it, please inform us before the shipping status is generated, or within 2 hours of placing the order. You can notify us via our WhatsApp helpline.
